San Dee is an 21 year old singer/songwriter/guitarist from Germany. She started performing at the age of 14 and soon became a well-respected member of the local music and art scene.
In 2006 she joined forces with composer, musician and producer Frank Krupka and together they immediately started working on the album "DeeVotion", which was released in January 2008.Have you performed in front of an audience?I play concerts since I was 14, just me and my guitar, and I am still loving it. In 2007 we formed a live band with Frank playing guitar, Moritz/drums, Andy/bass and Nik (Nikhuber-guitars.com) on guitar and we kick ass. Well, they do: after all, I am a girl ;-)
This is really different to the studio stuff, more like a 'my kung fu is louder than your kung fu' kinda vibe, like Billy G. yelling 'cowabunga' on a bart simpson sing-a-long, like your twisted littel sister going on a helluva ride, or, like we sing in our "this goes out to the jugendamt" part of the show, covering true bloods "I wanna do bad things to you": we really, really want to.
Frank and I recently started to play unplugged acoustic shows and that turned out be awesome, too.
What equipment do you use?
Frank and I use Gibson, Fender, Duesenberg, Gretsch and Nik Huber electric guitars, Koch, Marshall, Vox, Fender and Diezel amps and Taylor, Gibson and Breedlove acoustic guitars.Contact
