Band/artist history
High School graduate; some college. CEO of S.T.O (Sneaky Thuggd-Out) Productions here at 4504 Socastee Blvd. Unit - G Myrtle Beach, SC 29588. Producer / Engineer since 2004. Grew up in Carver's Bay SC. During my late high school years, i started writin rhymes and peoms, but never really had an opportunity to take it anywhere, so i didn't stick wit it. It was more like a phase that i went through at the time. Eventually, i just stop doin it. Then after i went to the Navy and got in some trouble, i came back and started DJN. Did that for a few years, and fell off wit dreams to own my own studio. Got on my grind and built "The Connection" & S.T.O from the ground up. I'm not tryin to get a rap deal or anything. I just flow now cause that kid in me still feels it sometimes (even though it's not what many of these cats can relate to today). My main focus is producin and a label anyway. If i do another album after this one, i will make sure that people will be able to build from every track, because music is like GOD, and we gotta choose our words properly before we end one another. I care a lot about allowing kids to express themselves through thier own interests, because those are the years of developement, and if they don't get it then, it will be 10 times as hard when they get older tryin to reach their dreams.Have you performed in front of an audience?No. I don't play any instruments, but i want to learn the keyboard and acoustic guitar one day. I produce my beats through software programs.
Your musical influences
Almost everyone from the oldschool, because that's when it was mostly done out of love and more original. There's quite a few new school cats too. A lot of the so called "killas and murderers" are pretty talented and creative also, but not impressive. We need more artist teaching to unite and build. Enough of us has died already. Expressing yoself is one thing, but spittin the hype is another.What equipment do you use?
