Hungry Hip Hop, influenced by all the delicious things to eat in this world.
Band/artist history
Stomach Ache is a story like no other. He grew up on the south side of chicago, Ice cold winters spent in the back alleys of the worst streets in chicago. The first time I met the "ache" he was unkempt with a sign that read will rap for food. I think it was written in barb-Q sauce or something. So I gave him a chance, I said "show me what you got fat boy" he unleashed the most mezmorizing rap verse I'd ever heard. Just going on and on about how he was starving, and rhymed something like "I DON'T WANT TO BE RICH I JUST NEED A SANDWICH" I thought he was amazing. I instantly called my boy marshall, known to the public as eminem. They met and hit it off right away. But em couldn't do anything for him, but gave us some food stamps. We went and bought all the meat you could with 40 dollars in food stamps. We had a killer barb-Q. That just fueled the fire for stomach, he knew something had to happen with this hungry hip-hop. So I arranged a tour, playing malls across america setting up in the food courts and pretty much just playing for food. Trying to sell tapes, but nobody caught on. We sold three tapes out of the 30 shows we played. But I knew he would eventually come up, just how. So, I talked to a friend of mine E.J Roetzer, and he mentioned that there was a band in town that needed a drummer. I knew that he could play the drums, well at least I heard him bang on garbage cans and stuff. I told him that a local band needed a drummer, he thought about it and decided to put his dreams on hold and sell out with a rock band. He was cool for a while, you know free food in the dressing rooms at shows and a few dollars in his pocket (a few) but scraped enough money together to record his demo which would go on to be the starving artist ep, available soon at stomachachemusic.com. The members of his band you may of heard of them MEST, started to get real upset with the way stomach ache was blowing up overseas, and everything. So they threatened to kick the ache out of the group, it was an old school knife fight all over again. Ache figured he'd heard enough of lead singer tony lovato's whining, "you're such a better singer than me ache","can you give me some lessons stomach", and "nick you look so fuckin good on stage , I hate you" So stomach cut him first. Proceeded to fillet his little tattood body and throw him on the barb-Q grill. The same one that gave stomach all the ideas to be a rap star. Nick was shocked that such a rotten kid could taste so good. Next he cooked up jeremiah, and he exclaimed that he tasted like bean curd and vegetables, so he put a lot of ketchup, barbecue sauce, and spices and that punched up the recipe a little bit. Stomach decided to spare matts life and they split the whole mest franchise between the two of them. 100 dollars each. Nick bought a used grill and an old microphone so he could rock the food court a little harder. currently you can find stomach ache writing lyrics on big mac wrappers, with plans to release the next album, appropriately titled.....................going back for seconds
