Leasing Rights --
The buyer will be able to use the instrumental for ONE profitable project.A leased instrumental can then be resold until the Exclusive Rights are purchased. Leased instrumentals come as is. A Lease is Limited to 2500 Copies, you may purchase another lease to be able to distribute an additional 2500 copies.

The buyer will have all rights to the instrumental and will be able to choose to have pieces of the instrumental made longer or shorter and added(I.E. hook,verse length and number of hooks and/or verses).
