I've just popped by, because I havent been around for a while and read that Steve is no oonger with us. I have to say i'm so shocked. I only knew Steve through his music and the odd little chats we had by e-mail but he seemed like a really cool bloke who would always take time out to listen to others music and help in any way he could. My thougyhts go out to his friends and family. RIP Steve.

I was really sad to find out about Steve. I was a close friend from his time in Kent and have only jusy found out. Myself and all his friends here will remember him fondly. Just for those of you who may not have heard, Steve died on Sunday 13th November in Pembrokeshire. He was a great guy and we all loved him and his music to bits. The funeral was yesterday (Monday 21st) and his track 'Beautiful' was played at the committal.
Long may the memories we all had of Tazz and his music live on.

So sorry for my 'enforced' absence, but I hope things are well with you and I'm hoping to give SC a bit more time than of late, at least for the next few months. After that, with a little Penetraytor in the house it may be down to once a week.......Sarah is pregnant and I'm about to become a dad ! So, as you can imagine we've had a lot of sorting out, planning, working out finances (or lack of them *lol*), getting excited and worrying. All in all SC has taken a back seat, but like I said hopefully I'll make time to get on more often and hopefully finish off the album I'm hoping to put together before the turn of the year.
Hope everything is well with you, and I hope to catch up with you real soon. Drop me a line if you can !

hello steve,sorry i was very busy lately
i downloaded the 2 tracks ''myproblemchile 5+6''yesterday
i liked 5 much because of the evil voice and effects in it,the bass is awosome
i like this track alot..
the second one 6 is way different,those wierd sounds that u like to play around with is really funny and special,very special harmony,but it get repeated
but its not that kind of repeated sounds that make u bored,it force u to get along with it,anyway i felt this one like a big intro for something big coming soon right :-)???

That was soime message for a fleeting visit over a poached egg *lmao*. Nice to share techniques and ideas though, and I always find it interesting to hear what motivated someone to create a track the way they did. Still convinced about the brown noise though {;-)}
I'd love to have a go at a remix, although perobably now isnt the best time. I'm trying to get a collab started with another SC member (identity a secret at the mo !) and I'm also working on another track myself. I'm looking to get a few more tracks together and then put out an album to see how it goes, plus a haouse move is looming and a problem with internet access may develop so I need to sort that out.
Keep in touch and we'll defo have a look at remixing / collab in the near future.

Sorry I've not been by, but I've had some PC problems - basically I tried to fry my CPU with a defective fan and couldn't run the damn thing for more than a few minutes. Thankfully it now sounds like a hoover as I've installed *the* biggest CPOU fan I've ever seen plus a couple of case fans. We're still running hot, but everything works now and doesn't lock up in FL like it was doing.
So, popped by to listen to a very interesting project called 'My problem Child' (hope you dont have one *lol*).
The bassline in '2' - wow, isn't that 'Brown Noise' ? Certainly loosened something and a quick dash was in order. Unique sound, interesting percussion and well put together. You certainly have a style of your own which is good - dont follow the masses and go your own way. Its a grower for sure.
'3' has a good bass line and again some interesting percussion - I think your percs define your style Steve because I've not heard arrangements like those before yet they definately w

thanks for the tip man. I actually checked out all of your "My Problem Child" series. I think number 3 was my fave, quite funky and creative. All were well made it seems, but some were... a little weird for my liking. I respect the link between the track in this series is originallity though, in which all are faultless. As usual all were well produced, and the final mixes were all nice and clean. Keep it up mate. :D
