I'm just a "beginner"; solo acoustic player who attempts to write songs for emotional reasons and plain fun. Simple as that... I've only been playing guitar for maybe a year and I've just recently started some music theory lessons to aid my progress. At this point in my "career" I don't claim to be anything great, but I'm a workin' on it... and even if greatness is never my destiny music allows me to express myself in ways that relatively few others can... Further, if even one person can relate to something I've written, then it was worth putting my tunes out there.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Hopefully someday I will feel comfortable enough to do so. As for now, I just play for drunk friends and girls at parties. :)
