Steve's first job when he left school was a DJ in some run down old pub,and the rest is history.
He has produced tunes for adverts,radio shows & Church events.(what dance music in churh)yep.
Steve as produced 4 albums & has just released his 5th (Mission Possible).Band/artist history
It all started way back in the 80s.I got my first keyboared & i was hoocked.
Ive been a nightclub DJ for 15 years joined a rock band(Just to gain some skills) Became a Christian 5 years ago and started to produce tunes 6 years before I become a Christian.Have you performed in front of an audience?Not yet but we hope to start soon.We just need to get some more kit.
Your musical influences
As an ex nightclub my taste in music is wide but my love is Dance music.Techno,Trance etc. the keyboard has always been a wonder to me.The beats & bass lines,the fx & differant sounds of the keyboard.
Christian dance music has played a key role in my tunes because some how the sounds are differant.(May be its God ?)What equipment do you use?
Windows XP Korg sp200 Yamaha DJx Roland D10 Behinger 820 A mixing desk,and for recording & FX,cool edit 2000, fruity loops,eJay,magics.Anything else?

Hi Steve, Just discovered your artist page now. "Lifting up my praises" is really good. It was interesting to read about your background in dance music too. I think I last saw you at the worship conference in Leicester a few weeks back- was a good day, wasn't it. I've put a few songs and instrumental pieces on my site that I'm quite pleased with, although my voice isn't very strong. Feel free to check them out if you get time- ideally I'd have some guitar parts in my songs if I could play guitar! Well, take care & I might see you soon if I'm at CLC one evening. Matthew
