Feed the muse. Feed the muse. Somewhere, deep inside most musicians, there's this pesky alter-ego, with big ears, and a creative energy, who's constantly pestering you to listen to something, to play, write and record. Anything for another fix of that aural drug we call "music." For many of us, life is busy enough without these visits. And yet, we succumb to this pusher of ear candy, auditory joy juice, sonic ecstacy. You'd hawk your mother for another CD, jam session, digital multi-track plug in. You work harder and harder, just so you can feed the habit. And that's when you realize..."work is what I do; music is who I am."
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Rarely - except the annual Thin Lizzy Tribute in Toronto, a fundraiser with a group of friends. In the past, enough parties, bars and frats to generate some "special" memories.
Your musical influences
All over the map - Rush to Phillip Glass, Wilco to Eno, ECM jazz to Me'shell N'degello.
Anything else?
That's it. Thanks for visiting!
