Standard hails from Northern California. This group of incredibly talented and connected musicians brings chemistry and maturity that is beyond their years. Their music and live performances have made audiences ask: "Who is this band?"

The band is: Todd Jenson (Drums) Russ Martellaro (Vocals/Guitar) Ryan Sanders (Bass) and Chris Copeland (Guitars/Backing Vocals).
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play in the Chico/Sacramento area, expanding out as much as possible. We love our live shows, that is one of the main reasons we play music; the energy and excitement that the band and the crowd feel during the live show.
Your musical influences
We feel our music is original and energetic, we use a mix of powerful electric guitars and melodic acoustic parts. Influences include, Coldplay, Dave Matthews, U2, and the Counting Crows.
What equipment do you use?
We use shure mics and in-ear monitors, Rick Turner, Danelectro, Martin, and Fender guitars, BOSS and Ibanez effects, Pearl Drums, Zildjian and paiste cymbals, and fender amps.
