STAMMER grew out of the fascination with sound. Instead of subordinating sound to harmony and melody, pure sound is treated as an extraordinary way of expression. Using synthesizers and computer programs to explore and catch 'found' sounds, serendipity plays a significant role in the creation proces.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
took off seriously in 1997, when the first cassette was produced. Three privately produced CD's followed in 1997, 1999 and 2002. A fourth CD has just been released (May 2005). STAMMER exposes ideas, music and
photography on its own .
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
No, my music is impossible to reproduce on stage.
