Stack of Noises
My Name is Shane Dawson and i play for a band called Stack of Noises. We are a Metal band from Louisville ,KY. We have been together since October 2005. We have a myspace you can check us out its Myspace.com/stackofnoises We play a few cover songs but mainly make up a lot of Originals.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Well like i have said we havent played many shows or done many recordings but are planning on doing a lot of it over the summer. We try to perfect own music and not just make filtered shit that sounds like everything else we try to introduce our own style into and thats what i think makes Stack of Noises different from a lot of bands because of the fact we try to add our own style to our music and combine many different genres we love to get our sound and not just the style of the bands we live for.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We will being play live shows over the summer and will be competing in a Battle of the Bands at my High School. (Trinity High School).
Your musical influences
Muscial influence? Well everyone in the band loves 80s and early 90s metal like Metallica Motley Crue Black Sabbath Ozzy Megadeth Pantera Tool A Perfec t Circle Trivium Children of Bodom and all kinds of shit
What equipment do you use?
Wow. a lot of shit. We use eveything from Les Paul Fender Kramer Crate Peavy Digitech Boss Shure Monster. the list goes on and on.
