Similar to calligraphy, which can be more than just hieroglyphs on paper, the art starts when music becomes more than carefully arranged sounds. Sound Caligraphy is searching for that point ...

I've got several music ideas that need lyrics to become songs. Check them out at:

Very nice music! I especially enjoyed the "Sketch #1..." tune. I'd love to do some celtic-flavored tunes myself one day. Keep up the good work, and I'll be sure to check back to see if you've added any new tunes...
- DanGreetings - thanks so much for your message to us, and to answer your question - our Chant Master uses electronics and live looping on his voice -

namaste` ~ Auntie Matter at AXIS MUNDIHi there!
First thank you so much for your absolutely heartwarming comment in our message board, we're so glad you like our songs. I'm here listening to 'Midnight Train My Thoughts' and it is perfectly captured, indeed thoughtful and restful with superb arrangement and instrumentation, the harp is haunting. I'm interested to see what else is in your song den, this is very unusual material and you certainly have a great ear for what hangs together well and this piece leads to a great atmosphere.
Thank you,
best wishes,
from MariaHey, good to hear from you again. Interesting you ask about the pennywhistle. I have a friend that is very accomplished with Native American flutes. I maybe exploring bringing him on for some of my original Celtic compositions. I like what your doing..just keep rehearsing it..dont force it..before you know it, you will find the bridge your looking for. I have a pennywhistle..No matter how I blow it, or where I put my fingers..I get the same not all the time.
Take care
