Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Souljourn has been together for 7 years now.They have been on 2 year break but are working on a new cd. There genre of music is classic rock with christian lyrics. There first cd "The Born Again Experience of a Hippy Redneck" several hundred copies. The band toured the mid west for several years, but 2 years ago relocated to Chattanooga TN. The band consist of Carl(guitar & vocals) and his wife Gina(bass) Their southern blues based rock music with soulful lyrics add up to some kick butt rock n roll with a uplifting message of hope.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Souljourns favorite moment playing live was the 2002 Jesus Fest that went on during Memphis in May.

Our biggest influences are Skynyrd,Marshall Tucker,Bad Company,Stevie Ray,REZ band , and Petra.
