Soulego
Soulego - Duffy (lyrics and voice) and Soren (music and production) - offers a musical voyage that alternates both sides of the duet’s writing. On one hand a certain taste for radio songs, on the other the love for intimate songs that need more implication to be fully appreciated.
Duffy has a divine & inspiring voice & her partner Soren knew how to blend it all with sensibility & accuracy. They went digging deep into their pop-soul & jazzy culture and came up with magnificent musical pieces of magical melodies.
We certainly can classify their melodic inspiration as post-classical modern, floating between the early Motown soul and the ultra melodic 70’s pop-folk period.
When great & divine Stevie Wonder shakes the hand of prominent Fleetwood Mac, there’s a kind of Soulego mood coming out of it
