Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
SoulDaemon is an Italian project (one man band) that was born in 1999 from the need to express easiness, uncertainty, impotence and distrust towards a world, a society and reality, that seem to going to a decline and ruin phase; a decadence phase. These feelings are turned in music by destructure of normal criterion of composition, using the rough sonority of distortion electric bass and a deep wide growl vocal. The sound is very rough: dark melancholy coupled with some misanthropic atmosphere, apocalyptic visions, uncertainty, impotence, agony, and nihilism. Also the vocals are extreme and sound like they come straight from hell. No hope, no dreams only a dark abyss of sorrow. It's called Heretic Death Metal because it's based on bass, without guitars, therefore it's different from normal Death school; it also approaching to the Black metal, fusing with the two styles. The project isn't for trend ear.

Your musical influences
Death Metal palyed only with distorted bass. No guitar is used. I call it Heretic Death because it's different fron normal death style, but it isn't Balck metal.
What equipment do you use?
Ghs strings, Trace Elliot amps, Boss pedals and Lem mixer.
