Stressed Out Street Dwellaz Records is the name of an Virginia based record label.This record label has accomplished many achievements in its first year. We have our own recording studio "The Chop Shop Recording Studio". The artists that come from out of the SOSD camp are dedicated pure emcees that have a mission. We are dedicated to produce quality material and establish solid business relationships. We expose the listener to the next level of hip hop.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
In breif our history dates back to the early 90's. We have performed for a few talent shows but we were swayed by promoters to do better venues.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We have performed in many of places. We have been to trash spots to nice clubs. Our energy takes over the crowd in a suttle but steady pace. We are able to control the crowd and have them enjoy themselves.
Your musical influences
We are influnced by all music. It is funny you would think that we would not be so open minded.
What equipment do you use?
Mpc1000, Asr 10, Fruity Loops, Cool edit pro., reason, and recycle.
