Once a singer-songwriter duo and recently expanding to include a four-piece group with members from Maryland, Virginia, and Tennessee, the band known as SOON combines minimalist riffs with sampled beats to mold catchy tunes that fall between the lax heydays of Sublime and the quiet introspection of Tears For Fears. Currently working on their debut album, The Daze Between Stations, which drops in February, and planning a tour for the summer of 2003, the group is constantly on the go.
