Sonny Long
Repping Arizona, Sonny Long is a dynamic new artist and entrepreneur whose specialty is taking music as we know it to another level by mixing Rap, R&B and Soul into his own unique style of "Gumbo Music". His debut album, The Resume, due out first quarter of 2007, is guaranteed to keep your attention with its dynamic production and Sonny's laid-back swagger. "My goal with this album is to bridge the generational gap" says Sonny. "Music was meant to bring people together from all backgrounds and races." The Resume and its "Gumbo" sound does just that, brings people, music and different flavors together!
In addition to being a talented musical artist, this young CEO of Sonny Long Enterprise, manages a promotional and entertainment company with an invested interest in the community. In 2005, Sonny launched a scholarship fund to encourage young men and women to further their education through the Annual Youth Business Conference as a fun and informative way to show youth the importance of both education and business ownership. Sonny also started his on clothing line, Sonny Long Classic (SLC). SLC is a fashion line, which like his music, will cover many different styles from hip-hop gear to business attire for both men and women.
