some settling may occur during killing

Ever-changing, ever-growing, ever-improving, SSMODK is an accumulation of the best elements found throughout the wealth of industrial's bands. Maybe it can't always meet up to the potential of that sum, but it's always growing closer.
Band/artist history
Ryan Speck loves music, most particularly industrial music, and has been working for some years to keep himself entertained with this outlet. As his standards and abilities rise, his output slacks off and SSMODK trickles along. But hopefully there's enjoyable music in here somewhere that someone can still find something special in.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Nope. No telling if this will happen, at all or any time soon.
Your musical influences
I grew up on my parent's adult contemporary radio and Weird Al, learning to love Foreigner and Phil Collins. Music has always appealed to me, but I never actively listened to it until high school, when I began to listen to a few metal and alternative bands that led on into Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, and KMFDM in the early 90's. This led to the discovery of the Wax Trax! era and industrial dance, which bonded me deeply with the industrial style. Since, I've gone on to devour all the underground coldwave and EBM I can stomach, much to my delight. Main bands that have influenced me are Hate Dept., Penal Colony, Numb, Foetus, Out Out, Full Frequency, :wumpscut:, Insight 23, Christ Analogue, Babyland, and many more...
What equipment do you use?
Over time, my array has included and does include Reason, Rebirth, Recycle, Acid, Fruity Loops, Vegas, a few minor sequencers, a variety of loops and noises, Digitech effects, Rode microphone, and a Korg Karma.
