Welcome to the SOME OTHER INFLUENCE, Soundclick page. Some Other Influence (SOI for short) is a Canadian punk band that consists of 4 members... Ken (guitar/lead vocals), Rob (bass/back-up vocals), Mike (guitar/back-up vocals), and Kyle (drums). SOI formed in 2001 and having been hitting up the local scene since then. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Ken and Rob started it all. Soon Mike joined, than shortly after Kyle joined to complete the band.

What equipment do you use?
Ken uses an Epiphone sg through a Marshall AVT150 Head/Crate 4x12 cab. Mike uses an Epiphone Les Paul through a Randall RG100 head/Behringer 4x12 cab. Rob uses a P-bass through a Trayner 1x15 amp. Kyle uses Pearl Exports with Sabian cymbols and Evens drum heads.
