I first heard of smooth friction on a moto x dvd and thought,f*** these guys are awsome!i found'em on soundclick,i found hiha and heard the whole version of the song and what blew me away(especally on most of there songs)was the aggresive blastbeats on drums.
As a drummer i know what i hear is what i like,and after listening to the panyero album,it was definetly what i like!HATS OFF 2 THE DRUMMER!
Very clean execution through out the songs,great unison work with the guitarists,WELL DONE!
The bass and guitar work is also very well done,distortion can be a real good friend to work with if played correctly,these guys obviously know how to play coz not once did i hear a 'dead note' or 'thumble',their palm muting is pretty cool too,great sound!
I really hope these guys keep bringing out more songs as we need a good band such as smooth friction,getting a bit sick of hearing the f***wit softcock pussy bands that keep coming out as one hit wonders!

Hi everyone!
Ah, great, another new indie-release albums from SMOOTH FRICTION. But after listening to the Music-Board for a few times, it became more and more obvious that SMOOTH FRICTION are not more than "just" the usual melodic Death Metal. Sure, intricate lead-guitars, nice melodies, grim vocals, different tempos, all of that is around, too, but you can’t find with countless other bands. So the differences are rather small so far, but the four band-members do not make the mistake of stopping here, but they continue! They add clean vocals, interesting song-structures, diverse melodies, everything strung together in a tight package without loose ends, especially "Sacrificio Kinatao” clearly showcases the potential of this band, but also the other songs bear different sounding parts in them, which make you listen up. OK, SMOOTH FRICTION do not re-define Melodic Death Metal, but they still manage to bring in a fresh new note, which makes you hope for more!

What has come obvious on their last album "2nd Coming" of the SMOOTH FRICTION, finds now its continuation on their newest release of 2 albums. They are one of that sparse progressive Metal Rock bands in their country. They prove impressing that their music can also work with some foreign genre influences.
SMOOTH FRICTION show right here that their variety of ideas has no boundaries. With all melody and cool breaks, their music remains always heavy and extreme. One time they have a more jazzy tempo, then they offer blast attacks, which seem unimaginable. All in all the faster passages predominate. The sound of PANYERO and KINASINGKASING are nearly perfectly Metal Rock and demonstrates the whole power of the band. You have to point out the details and there are lot of details on "KINASINGKASING and PANYERO".
You can listen to all sorts of playful elements and it gets never boring. Maybe those, who knew SMOOTH FRICTION from the beginning, will have some problems to follow the visions

I think its an old wives tale coincidence.
I don't know how the moons pull on water would effect the comparably small amount of water women have in their bodies compared to men. And why would it effect menstrual blood?
Perhaps the full moon is a good time for hunting and therefore the dark times were as good a time as any to mate all night. And we can all safely ignore that ridiculous nonsense about the Moon's gravitational effect on the water in our bodies.

SMOOTH FRICTION never have been the fastest, most brutal or heaviest, but they managed to stand head and shoulders. Starting out with a mighty speed part, the music slows down and until in the final take-off the cow flies high again. And in that way the alternation between high speed, middle pace and slow parts threads through their 4-tracks deathmetal in www.myspace.com/smoothfrictiondeathmetal.
Countless breaks and interesting melody lines mark a very enjoyable tracks in http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandid=670144 and the rough, wild charm of the tracks is another plus.

Her 9-year old son comes home unexpectedly, sees them and hides in the bedroom closet to watch. The woman's husband also comes home.
She puts her lover in the closet, not realizing that the little boy is in there already.

Boy - "I have a baseball."
