Slipping Darkly
I'm fairly new to this whole music thing. Most of my life I was doing computer visual effects but when I got bored of that I decided to try this.
I've only been learning guitar for less than a year so I'm still pretty basic. However, the more I use it the better I get.
I'm still trying to find my sound and voice but like the guitar the more I do the better I seem to sound.
Bear with me, I know my stuff is pretty rough.Have you performed in front of an audience?Nope, not yet. Looking forward to it though.
Your musical influences
Right now I'm listening to White Stripes, Death Cab for Cutie and a few others like that.
In the past I've really enjoyed Depesche Mode, The Cure, New Order and all that kind of stuff.
I was really into electronic dance music for the longest time but I guess you could say I've moved on for the most part.What equipment do you use?
Right now I've got a single microphone, a copy of Reason and Soundforge.Anything else?
