Slip Hazard's Astrobleme creates heart-on-your-sleeve acoustic electronic mope rock. This material has been creatively recorded using traditional harmonic arrangements along with random chance operations to create a surreal sonic pop picnic.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Jeff Farley, prolific songwriter and composer of angular musical hooks, formed this band in 2001 after performing and recording with the LA-based Aprils Dad for four-years. Other band members include: guitarist Lawrence Reynolds, bass player Anton Loma and drummer Animal. Jeffs musical roots range from ambient experimental electronic musical compositions to introspective synth pop rock with art rock undertones.
