Sleep/less is a Pop Punk band based out of Winnipeg, Canada
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Sleep/less started summer of 2017, when Beau and Brad met through Kijiji.
Getting J.C joining was the tough one as he wasn't looking for any bands to join so he just came in to record bass parts, and one thing led to another.
After going on a 5 month tour across Canada, met Darren Grahn to record 'Laska'. Things just started to spiral from there on.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yeah, we played this one show in Alberta and when we started to play our new song at the time, the entire crowd started singing along with us and it was surreal.
Your musical influences
As a band, we have so many from pop punk, to metal, and more. Bands like 5 Seconds of Summer, Deftones, Artic Monkeys, Bullet for my Valentine.
What equipment do you use?
Hughes and Kettner, Marhshall, Esp guitar, Epi guitar, P-body bass, Pearl Kit to keep it simple. Gets more complicated when we talk pedal boards and more.
