Skipbeats stands for quality, handcrafted music.
I studied classical guitar and composition, before I started making beats. I am working as an engineer with some of the finest musicians and most successful producers of classical music. And am planning to work on my beat producing skills as hard as I did with other kinds of music.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started with first music lessons at the age of 4. Studied a lot of music theory, composition, etc... during my high school days. Played a lot of concerts/competitions all around the world at that time as well. Got into engineering and editing. Started making beats... to make a long story short.... ;-)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Did play a LOT live. Sometimes up to 3 gigs a day... Now I'm usually too busy. But things might change soon... Who knows...
Your musical influences
classical music, jazz, blues, funk, hiphop, world music...... everything which is happening around me.
What equipment do you use?
Mac G5. Digi 002. Colemann M3PH MKII. Adam P11-a. Sadie PCM 8. Logic Pro. Pro Tools LE. East West stuff. Native Instruments stuff. Plugsounds..... too many.
