Skinny Project is the dreampop/electronic/shoegazer's project of Skinny, a (30 years old) independent electronic musician/producer from Barcelona, Spain.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
After one first (chillout style) album, 'Nite Lights' (may, 2004), Skinny Project it reorients its style, now more ethereal and dark.
Skinny Project release his second album next spring.
Your musical influences
Influenced by: Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, Robin Guthrie, Ulrich Schnauss, Curve, Simple minds, The Cure, Loveliescrushing, Lush... and other shoegazer/dreampop/darkwave artists/bands.
What equipment do you use?
Hardware = Pc Intel Pentium 4.3.
Software = FL Studio 5 / Cool Edit Pro 2.0. and some VST's.
