Started Late 2002 by Giam and Thomas late joined by Wildy on bass then Jono on drums for first album then along came James on the drums and Jono moved to percussion, then Judet joined for second album. Skanky Corp. has performed at the Bomvu African Cultural festival in the Transkei,the Billabong Pro in Jeffreys Bay and the recent Klein Karoo Kunstefees.
On their recent tour to Cape Town ,Skanky proved to be very popular at venues like Cool Runnings,Mercury Lounge and Rafikis.
