Sixdeep live band, making hip/hop rock music for people who need to release & lose it!!
Band/artist history
Welcome to the sound of SIXDEEP SIXDEEP is a New York based band playing live hiphop music heavily infused with rock. Their independent album consists of all original music, written and produced by the band members. SIXDEEP plays at New York City venues including Pianos, Tribeca, Don Hills and The Knitting Factory, selling their CDs and building a bigger fan base with every performance. They have also been featured on various tribute albums including A Tribute to Tool performing Push It and A Very Special Tribute to Yellowcard performing A.W.O.L in stores now. Currently, Sixdeep is recording their second album, which will be release in May of 2005. Comprised of members from different backgrounds and cultures with mutual interests and a passion for the fusion of hiphop and rock, SIXDEEP combines the talents of: Jenko, the lyricist, dropping powerful conscious rhymes, accompanied by Andazis incredible sweet and soulful voice; Ronen Barak, a phenomenal drummer provides the heavy rhythm section; Omer Haziz, the man with the bass, is always on point with his roaring B lines; lead guitarist Magnus Berger is responsible for the phat riffs and Ilija Nickolic adds a dimension of sweet but serious melodies on keys to complete the SIXDEEP sound.
