Sinful Nature

It is strange to think that everything started with the help of a bearded violin teacher. He insisted that I was the worst student he ever had and assured me that there is no way I would be able to play the an instrument in the near future. Well, he was both right and wrong.... For some reason it appears I loved to play the violin but I just did not like to read notes. I wanted to write my own songs. It was at that point that I learned to play the violin and began to appreciate music and all the teachings made sense. At that point computers where making an entry in to house holds and I lost interest in the violin but became amazed at how music production and computers got married to each other. My first computer that utilized sampling was an Amiga 500 with an 8-bit 10 second sampler attached to it. However, it was not until I serched the internet in in 1996 and found a tracker program for the PC that I realized the potential of the computer becoming a full fledged studio. My love for trance music began when a good friend of mine who was a DJ in Stockholm, Sweden played Pepper by Speedy J in the mid 90s. I was simply blown away. And then came F.S.O.L. to top it all of...At that point I just knew that I wanted to be associated with the scene one way or another. As I moved on to San Diego, CA I realized the potential of the genre was almost infinite. Thanks to handful of US DJs I was able to land some tracks on radio and then finally on vinyl. One of the many greatast moments of my career was to have DJ Tiesto play one of my vinyl releases. In time, Ferry Corsten and John 00 Flemming also picked up future releases following My Spirit Is Not Broken. My first and only TV interview was for Rave America a tv show on the Dish Network and it was so much fun! Thanks Brian. It was about that time I decided to join forces with DJ Code and spawned projects such as Rising Force and Enrapture. Enrapture landed our first track on the beloved radio shows ASOT with Armin Van Buren and TATW with Blank & Jones.
