SILENT FEAR
Silent Fear is an all original groove-metal band based out of Hammond, La. The band is known for hard edged grooves, injected with tight harmonies. A mix of old and new school riffs with their own style of infectious rythms drives this Louisiana band. The groups' personnel are Ross J.Johnson-lead vocals and guitar, David Cutrer-second vocals and drums, and Dwayne Kegley - bass.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Ross J.Johnson's past groups were Purple Heart, Storm Angel, Alien Steel and Mojo Zipper. David Cutrer was formally with The Rage, Ivory White, and Mojo Zipper. Dwayne Kegley was formally with Silvertone Hammer, Scary Lane, and House of Jacob.Silent Fear plays the local southeast club scene. Their debut CD SILENT FEAR has received great reviews by the local scene as well as radio play on the local music show on x104.9FM. The band is set to record their latest material Winter of 2001.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Silent Fear loves to play live. We play the south Louisiana scene, including Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Hammond.
