Silence the Day
Silence the Day is the expression of one's mind through no words, only emotion and action. It is everything you never want to hear, but have to face everyday. It all started in a small town outside of Chicago, after years of never understanding why people have to throw away every good thing and stomp on every passionate dream. Emo, acoustic, raw & original, Silence the Day captures the true emotion and struggle of one song writer's life, love and inner-being.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
In and out of heavy metal and blues bands and finally I found that I like writting and creating by myself. It feels so raw and I have no one to blame, but my self if I am off on a show so it shows more talent to me if I put on a good show. Just me, my guitar and the music.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have played live tons of times in the chicago area. I would have to say it is the most amazing feeling being on stage strumming the first note and the second right before you open you mouth is intense.Every gets extremely quite to hear what you got. I don't even feel like I am in the room, it's undiscrible. My special moment was walking out of the concert and having people ask me to sign them an autograph for fifteen mintues. Thank you everyone who ever you where on that day, that meant the world to me.
