SHUNGAI is a musical project conceived by Adelaide based musician, LA Edge.

A veteran of the Broken Hill music scene, LA Edge has performed in a variety of local acts such as the thrash metal inspired Plague 9, the horror theme shock metal band Breed of Dawn, popular glam rockers The Sex, and punk rock band The Jekylls.

Shungai is his latest endeavor, and strives to represent his wide range of influences as well as his interest in all things dark and different.

LA Edge is currently writing and recording home demo's, and searching for potential band members to truly bring SHUNGAI to life.
