Your musical influences
Where do I start? Just to give you an idea I like Cake, Modest Mouse, Cage The Elephant, MC Lars, Nellie McKay, The White Stripes, Silver Jews, and the king of them all, Johnny Cash, the man. Now I dont know how much they influence my music. I mean, I dont think my music sounds like any of these guys.What equipment do you use?
Cubase 5 on a PC, M-Audio Fastrack Ultra interface, BOSS ME-50 guitar FX, Yamaha acoustic, Fender Strat, Vantage hollowbody, Takamine acoustic, Epiphone Wilshire 66 electric, Yamaha bass, Casio keyboard, ART preamps, and a whole bucket of harmonicas.Anything else?
I am always looking for new cool music and would welcome any recommendations. I am also interested in collaborating with other musicians. Specifically, I would like to get some of my songs performed by other artists and/or work on some songwriting. Also, if you are a non-native English speaker and would like someone to correct your English let me know. I have done this for friends in the past and I hate hearing bad English (unless its done for comical effect or something). I am also fluent in Spanish if you want to translate lyrics.Admin
