Shri Deepayan is part of the Seattle based band ::MeanDeep::.
We and a group of musicians that have broken across the boundaries of Nations and Genres, and created a sound of our own.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
MEAN DEEP
Ass kicking, booty shaking mix of live music and live electronic beats. Featuring Baba James and Shri Deepayan. Producers of the very successful Tandav club night that ran for over a year on the first Saturday's of the month in Seattle. They have been featured at other Seattle venues including Mirabeau room, Last Supper club, Bumbershoot, and Seattle Children's Festival.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We did a club night show once a week for over a year. It's tiring and encroaches on quality studio time.
