Wanted to take a very long-overdue moment to thank you for stopping by our goofy little plate of songs...and to tell you after listening to "Altar" and a couple of other songs that the singing is terrific and the music is super-solid! A real treat, you guys are. May God continue to bless and equip you in all that you do.

Finally got around to listening to the new mix. Sounds great! I'm going to have to stop by and get a CD! I was reading through some of the messages and I'm not surprised to see how your music is being recieved. They all have a great sound and deep messages. And all the songs are unique; they're not repetitive.

I'm loving your style! Such annointed lyrics, such a beautiful voice as well. Your lyrical style is such a cool contrast over the hard rock sound of "Altar". The words in that sound depict such intimacy with the Lord, and it is truly moving, making the listener want a to present his or herself as a "living sacrifice" on the Altar.
I commend John on the great lyrics and Mary on the beautiful , lyrical style. I added you guys to like 10 of my soundclick stations, and I'll be adding you to more in the future.
I emailed you about using your song "Altar" on a compilation c.d. that will be given out freeto all you that attend the back-to-school rally "A Heart for War" which will be held on Friday, August 11th at Anchor Church in Ridge Manor, FL.

Hard to say what I like best: nice guitar work, great harmonies or the pure vocals. Love the contrast of your voice with the crunch of the metal sound. Partnered with some great messages, you have a cool spin on your ministry. Nice work!

Man I just don't know how to express how much I love your tunes! Great stuff, really great stuff. You remind me of the good old days, back in the late sixties and early seventies, when we had bands like the Carpenters and Second Chapter of Acts. It's hard to find a good rock band with a lady singer that sounds really decent, and you pull it off very well. Not to be sexist, but it seems most women either overdo it while trying to compete with the men, or simply don't have voices made for rock but try anyway. You're an exception to that rule, and you sound fantastic.

How Long was an excellent representation of someone feeling abandoned and in the darkness of their own mind only to be crying out for the help and the salvation of Jesus. Absolutely riveting. God bless

Just listened to "Call on Me".
Great guitar, lovely vocals, nice harmonies. Beautiful lyrics. Awesome production. Probably the most polished piece I've heard in months.
You rock!!! But again, suggest you consider a different genre classification--"Alternative Metal" isn't the best deskription [unless you're trying to minister to folks that happen to listen to that stuff]. Peace/blessings,

Hi Shinaberry. Thanks for listening. Listened to your "I Cry Out" song, and it sounded too familiar. Perhaps you had a different version of this tune posted before, and (perhaps) you added a different instrumental backing arrangement? Very nice. However, I'm not sure the category "Alternative Metal" is the most appropriate selection [grin]. Peace/blessings.

Hi Shinaberry! You have a lovely voice!!! In the Metal songs, I see where you want to go with it--cut it loose!!! WAILING VOX!!!! I'd love to hear that!! YOU can do it. Great messages to your songs...very nice instrumentations and production. Glad I listened--to them ALL!
