Shaky Bones
Shaky Bones does R&B, Standards, Blues, a little funk, and a few other surprises. Ties and jackets not required; lots of smiles, dancing, laughing and hand clapping are highly encouraged, though.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The three core members met at a Tucson Musician Club event. Our lead singer was looking for someone to accompany her. There was an instant connection. Other bandmates have been recruited because the core members like their musicianship and style
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes, we play live at different venues, currently at Downtown Kitchen + Cocktails in downtown Tucson AZ. We enjoy playing live because we feed off each other's energy and musical ideas.
Your musical influences
A wide variety of influences from classic R&B artists to golden age jazz players to pop artists. We play covers of a wide range of folks from Fats Waller to The Blasters to the Blues Bros., and our originals are a melting pot of these influences.
What equipment do you use?
Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Saxes, Flute, Keyboard, Harmonica, and Percussion plus sound reinforcement stuff.
