My name is Shakabeat and I've been making beats since 99. I've made beats for many local artist in Alabama and I'm trying to get my music heard.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I first got into music when a couple of my homeboyz started recording themselves with a radio. So I got a hold to a studio program and started recording them and later on I found out about fruity loops and started making beats.
Your musical influences
Some of my mucical influences are Kanye West, Timberland, Lil John, and Manny Fresh.
What equipment do you use?
I use Reason 2.5 Fruity Loops Studio 5 and a midi keyboard.
