Shades of Me started in 1997 consisting of Jason and some friends from School, over the years the band has gone through 5 lineup changes and now has finally come to a point where everything fits as it should.

Your musical influences
Jason first picked up a guitar listening to Iron Maiden. He was heavily into the Metal of the later 80's, later in life he discovered bands like Smashing Pumpkins and Counting crowes and found a way to melt all of his styles into one unique sound.

This band is pretty good. Catchy lyrics and an all about nice array of songs here.This song has edge and all the good bits which include strong lead guitar, gusty, mind-blowing vocals and a nice rythym section keeping the beat.
