Severus

The pen name's Severus aka the Ravenous Scribe, but I go by other aliases i.e. Solace, R. Scribe I'm an aspiring emcee/spoken word artist. I find inspiration in anything that catches my attention. Hip Hop's one of the things I love in life. But I also listen and gain inspiration from many other different types of music/genres, such as Reggae, Classical, the Oldies, World Music, etc. All in all Hip Hop has a special place in my heart. I always had a penchant for the arts since I was little. It's only natural that I continue it. My homeland is the Philippines, but I live in Toronto(T-dot!!!) now. I rep both to the FULLEST. [I've taken a brief hiatus, been quite busy over these months]
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
At a young age, I was introduced to Hip Hop... By the age of 13, I completely fell for H.E.R. Right now, I'm just taking it one step at a time...
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live, usually at Open Mic Nights, school events and any where I can get in. I can express myself greatest through live acts. Looking in the eyes of the audience and hearing their applause is priceless.
