Hey guess what... we kick ass. People involved in the making of this music were myself (Alex), Jacob, Jeremy, Sami, Scott on the old fault, and Luke on the old recordings. Thanks for the gear man.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Well, I'm almost 22 years old and I started playing guitar when I was just out of high school, so I havn't been playing for all that long. I collaborate with my friend Jacob and we consider our songs shared for the most part. Eventually we'll both have music on here.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live...in my living room. I suck, so only time I really play in front of people is when we're partying and whatnot. Although now that the Celebrate Life demo is done, I think we'll be able to play a show.
Your musical influences
Well, my favorite band is Our Lady Peace. But I listen to everything. I consider Led Zeppelin to be the best band ever, dispite the fact that none of my music sounds anything like them (talent could be the issue there). Beleive it or not, I used to rap, but I quit that when I realized I sucked at it. Plus, the more guitar I play, the more I don't wanna rap.
What equipment do you use?
But I play an Alvarez AD60CK. Nothing ridiculous. My mic is some cheap-ass thing I got on sale which I plan to upgrade. Plans for near-future equipment include a RC20XL loop station, and some amps. After all, can't entertain an audience without some juice. I record on my friend Luke's computer upstairs. He raps and makes beats and things like that.
Anything else?
Nope, that about sums it up. If you see this page and there isn't any music on it, it's becuase I havn't gotten around to it yet. In theory I'll put up a few basement ghetto recordings within the next week, but we'll see how it acutally goes.
