We play a form of music that can be termed only as "Dark Metal". Melancholic, emotional, and very atmospheric.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Born out of the remains of a former 5 piece band, Sentinence began the recording process at the beginning of this year. Sentinence is a two piece group, with drums handled by a machine. We are still looking for a vocalist (or vocalists), and hope to have our 8 track LP, entitled "A Remedy For Desolation", out soon.
Your musical influences
The Swedish metal band Evergrey has been a huge influence: I've aimed to try and craft music similar to theirs. They favor very emotional lines and rely heavily on sad atmospheric stylings.
What equipment do you use?
Heritage guitars, Squier guitars, Spector basses, Mesa/Boogie amplifiers, Kustom amplifiers, D'Addario strings, Yamaha keyboards, M-Audio MIDI keyboards, Drumkit From Hell drum loops.
