Sean Duffy
I'm Sean Duffy, a 16 year old guitarist from Liverpool, England. I've played guitar since I was around 10 years old, and in my songs I also play bass, any keyboards or effects used, and program the drums. Basically I don't have a band at the moment, so i'm just recording my own songs in my bedroom, gradually building up a kind of repertoire.

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I do enjoy playing live, however without a band there really isn't much opportunity, especially for rock/metal artists. But when I get the chance I play guitar over a backing track in school and small concerts.

Opeth, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Porcupine Tree, Lamb of God, Disturbed, Yes, Pink Floyd, Periphery, Meshuggah, Incubus, Black Sabbath, Breaking Benjamin, Crosby Stills & Nash, Saxon, etc.
What equipment do you use?
My main guitar is a Washburn X50 Pro which goes through a Line 6 Pod XT, and then straight into my my DAW which is reaper, via USB connection. For the acoustic parts I use a Johnson Electro Acoustic, also through the Pod XT.
For the drums I use EZDrummer's Drumkit From Hell, and for the keyboards and things I just use several free VSTi plugins that i've picked up from around the internet.
