Save Yourself
save yourself is a 3 piece rock band from essex junction, vt.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
save yourself started as false alarm in the summer of 2001. We changed our name to crack the sky, realized that was already a band, and changed it again. at the time, i had been playing with a couple other projects (rockview, perfect disaster), and i wanted to start another band with some friends of mine. Tristan was an aspiring young guitarist when he realized he sucked and he couldn't play it at all, he delightfully switched to bass. Our old drummer, KJ, was in the lineup until he decided to leave (on friendly terms). We soon found a young amazing drummer named Nicholas, I saw him play in a school band concert and decided he was the one, i called him up and he was more than willing to jam with the band. We've written several songs and we play whenever and wherever we are asked to. We also have a cd in progess, keep a look out for that.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
yeah, we play live whenever and wherever we can.
