The Sam Malone Band is the acoustic side project of former Action York memebers Ian Shahan, Erin Nelson, and Patric Coman. The 9 song album "Rough Cuts" was released in 2003.
Band/artist history
After the hard rock band Action York derailed in the summer of 2003 it's three original members Ian Shahan, Erin Nelson, and Patrick Coman continued jamming together on new material. To make up for the lack of low end the shifted into an acoustic format and from this change The Sam Malone Band was born.
