Saffron featuring Bob Wyper
Saffron is/was Lindsey, Amanda and Sarah-Jane who appeared live with Bob Wyper. Bob is an experienced singer/songwriter who helped the girls to try their hand at the music business by completing a 4 track single within 6 months of forming.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started September 1999 as three dancers with no musical experience. Sheer hard work and a lot of fun produced the Cd.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
A dozen live shows in Kilmarnock area on the West coast of Scotland, culminating in the live show in the Town Centre to switch on the Christmas Lights in front of loads of kids.
Your musical influences
Bob is older and likes absolutely everything from Fats Waller (1929)to Robbie Williams or Mike Oldfield to AC/DC. The girls like anything you can dance to, like Alice Deejay or Sash.
What equipment do you use?
Korg i30 keyboard. Bob has written a whole album on this one machine.

Hello mum. Oh, I forgot she can't work a computer.
