Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I played live. At a "show". I enjoyed it. No special moments. Well..the only special moment was looking up and seeing all those people..took my breath away.
Your musical influences
Thrice.
Underoath.
Thrice inspires most of my music. Every now and then I'll write some heavy peices, more like As I Lay Dying/Bleeding Through kind of music.
But I like to write intelligent music, music that kids can relate to, music that can tell you everything is ok, and you aren't alone in your life. I write music that you can sing to your significant other, and music that you could bang your head to.
Thrice blows my mind away with the music they right and they have me thinking, "How in the hell did they do that?"
Underoath is a different story. Underoath makes such good music, its hard to describe the feelings.
Take love and frustration, and add some more love and but it in your oven for about, 10 seconds. Whatever comes out is all 100% pure Underoath.
