Ryan Layton
My name is Ryan Layton. All of my stuff is instrumental and usually kind of metal/shred sounding. When heavier stuff gets old I like to pick up my acoustic and write really simple rhythms. No solos over it (usually) and no words. Just a relaxing rhythm that lets me express myself. You can't really put my in any one catagory and I like that. I want to be different and always changing my style. I like to keep people interested by not letting them know what I will do next.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've been playing for two and a half years. I like all kinds of music (which we will get to later) and enjoy playing with all kinds of people.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live at my church. I like it, but can't really go out on a limb and be me. I've also done tallent shows, birthday partys, and lockins.
I also play at another church. The Trinity Worship Center. We have a pretty good band. I get to play electric there and solo alot. Its really fun.
I like to play live. You will always be complimented after you play live (well, almost always) and it feels good to have people tell you that you ruled, even if they don't mean it.

Anything else?
Concider all the songs on here as demo versions. They all have something wrong with them or aren't quite the way I imagined them to be. If they ever get put on cd, it will be much better than what you hear now.
