Ryan Boc - Sequester
Icewind Dale Icewind Dale
Track twelve from Winter Shadows. This was the first piece I ever wrote, and so far is the longest as well.
Losfer Time (Live) Losfer Time (Live)
Losfer Time is a piece I wrote for a 20th century composition class. I'll enclose the 'rules' of the piece in the 'about' section; otherwise, all the audience was seeing was four musicians wearing headphones and playing off of their scores.

The Hobbit The Hobbit
Revision of my cover for Blind Guardian's 'The Bard's Song - The Hobbit.'
And Then There Was Silence Pt. I And Then There Was Silence Pt. I
This is just an old clip of the ATTWS cover I did with George Daole-Wellman, who programmed the drums. I've uploaded the full thing over at www.sequester.ca in the media section.
Apocalyptic Smile (Demo Version) Apocalyptic Smile (Demo Version)
Track one from the demo 'Visions of The Erlking.'
Icewind Dale (Demo Version) Icewind Dale (Demo Version)
Track five off of the Sequester Demo.
Mirror Mirror Mirror Mirror
Blind Guardian's Mirror Mirror from NFIME, and what they close most live sets with. The original one I did had vocals (quite shameful ones, actually-- I don't know why the song made it to number 1). Here is the instrumental version.
Thorn (Clean) Thorn (Clean)
A version of Thorn without distortion, or drums. Just vocals, guitar, and bass. This turned into a ballad somehow, which wasn't intentional. The chorus took a very long time- see if you can pick out all 27 vocal tracks.
The Curse of Feanor The Curse of Feanor
Finally finished this Blind Guardian cover, which is one of my favourite songs of all time. This is also the fastest I've ever played before (check out the solo) which resulted in me hurting my wrist. No wonder BG doesn't play this live.
Nightfall Nightfall
Arguably the most popular Blind Guardian song. This is from their 1998 release, 'Nightfall In Middle-Earth.' Again, credit goes to Lasse Karhu for arranging such excellent backing-synths.
Somewhere Far Beyond Somewhere Far Beyond
First full length song with the PODxt. Surprise surprise, this is another Blind Guardian cover.
The King of Kings The King of Kings
Behold the king. The King of Kings. On your knees, dog. Motorhead cover.
The Black Pearl The Black Pearl
A metal rendition to a Pirates Of The Caribbean piece.
Metal Mozart Metal Mozart
A Mozart piece that I remembered from my old school band's woodwind trio. I of course did it with guitars. Anyone know what this is actually called? It won't be 100% accurate, as I haven't heard it in six years.
Canon Canon
Pachelbel's Canon, with a metal twist to it. Inspired by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra song, 'Christmas Canon Rock.'
The Soulforged The Soulforged
Another Blind Guardian cover. This is another one of my favourite songs of all time.
Initiation Initiation
Helloween cover. The intro to one of their best CDs, Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I. This was really fun to make.
The Bard's Song - The Hobbit The Bard's Song - The Hobbit
Blind Guardian cover. Credit for drums go to thehobbitofthering@hotmail.com. Is one of my earlier recordings, so the quality isn't excellent- but I'm happy enough with it until I can get around to re-doing the thing from scratch.
