RustCoat started out in Shawinigan with 3 original members Dave,Ron and Ian. After a few years Ian moved out of town and stop playing in the band as a drummer. Montreal drummer Beeties joined the band & Shawinigan bassist Fred followed. Now Dave, Ron, Seb and Fred form the band and gig in the area of Three-Rivers/Shawinigan. Hoping to play near you.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The band started in the early year of 1993 with only 2 members (Dave and Ron) playing acoustic here and there in clubs. After that another member (Ian) joined as the drummer which added to the electric part of the shows. After a few years Ian let go due to family business(If you know what I mean) which gave us no chance but to find another drummer which we did and the bassman follwed (Seb and Fred) Since then we have been gigging here and there enjoying what we do.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Playing live....well sure we do and have many times. Shawinigan and Three-Rivers mostly but hoping to gig in other areas soon.
