Band/artist history
Created in 2003 at Fort Hayes High School, Columbus Ohio. At first it was just a production company, selling instrumentals to local artists. Then after a year we started to record songs, and gather up rappers. By 2005 we had many rappers that were with us. Mal, Dudt, Streetz, T$, Kraze, and J-Mack. Ruby Records has co-produced many mix tapes, and are in the progress of making them, as I type. During the summer of 2008 Ruby Records became a part of a collaboration project that would change the face of music in Columbus. This movement came to be known as Cash County. Consisting of Money Meach of B.G.B. (Big Guap Boys),O-Mitch of A.B.C. (All Bout Cash),Icee Jake of Beljum Studios, Mouse of Rival Gang and, of course, Jae Posten of Ruby Records.
